Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts
Have tried the following to resolve:
- Restart PS5
- Restart Modem/Router
- Change DNS settings on PS5
- Clear system cache
- Rebuild Database
- Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked
- Uninstall & Reinstall game
- Restored License
Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. Is this a known issue with a workaround? Based in New Zealand
