I have been trying to login online and play Madden 26 for Playstation 5 but I am being asked for a code that is NOT being sent to my account email before it will access the EA Servers. This has been ongoing, please advise. Thank you.
When I first got Madden 25 on PS5, I was able to log in to EA and redeem the code with no problem. But a few months later, the verification codes stopped coming through entirely. What’s weird is that I can still get verification codes if I log in to EA or PlayStation online, but I never get a code when I try to log in through the Madden game on PS5. I reset both my EA and PlayStation credentials and added my phone number to my EA account. Even after that, the game still doesn’t send a verification code—no email, no text—and it won’t even offer me the option to receive a text code. Because of that, I’ve been locked out for over a year and can’t log in through Madden at all.
