Xbox - Madden 26 won’t get past start screen

I’ve tried messaging EA help to no help.

They’ve offered no solutions to this problem and nothing they have suggested has work to get me past the press any button to start the Madden game. I am asking anybody for assistance otherwise I’m gonna be asking for money back on my purchase because I can’t get past the screen to play the game.
