I see a lot of common crashing details, and they are all in different modes. This is going to be an interesting one since not all modes use the same mechanics. For example, Franchise, offline, is a save file. You could just delete it and start over, but you can't really do a lot online.
UT, however, has more options. So, I would like folks to run through as much of the following as they can on the Xbox and then reply to this message and let me know the result. I want to find a common factor.
In UT - generate a new lineup, change your coach, and change the stadium. If you want to go an extra step (you don't really have to), you can remove any abilities or X-factor from players or replace them with a basic one just to test it. I would also delete the Gamertag from that console, then log back in, sign into the game, and have the console sync up with your profile.
Xbox Series X
- Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected devices or additional USBs from the console, then restart the Xbox and check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advanced Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blu-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear

Mut File Deletion
- From the main menu (not UT)
- Click creation center > load/delete files
- Click All
- Delete all files except franchise/Team Builder (if this applies)
- Skip all offline files
