Zero chill event

So this night I bought the tier 3 token to play the event and on my last game to go 10-1 I was 9-1 before I beat this guy 57 to 2 I pressed return to hub after and it literally gave me a loss and I’m so confused I need my snow or Mike Evan’s I’ve been grinding yalls event and I finally had a good run then this happens so please help me out thank yall so much I love y’all’s games but that’s just unacceptable
