I just got 10 wins in the Zero Chill event but I didn't get the token for Parham. I received the snow, but no token. EA Help told me to start a discussion in the forum. Probably never gonna see Parham but worth a shot.
Literally the exact same thing happened to me. EA customer service is a joke, as long as they got your money they don’t care. I’d be shocked if they decide to do the right thing and give what we earned.
Well they just closed my ticket out and said no fix available, definitely never getting Parham. This company stinks
