Anyone noticing on kickoffs the outside players run out of bounds.

Every time I kickoff left or right and if I do normal or deep kick the outside player runs out of bounds. Middle it seems ok but weird on those kicks. I have read this has happened a bit over the years, and is their something I need to do?
