App Error equal a loss?!?!!

What’s sup with that EA? I have no control over what going on with yall game. I shouldn’t get a loss because an unexpected error with the game and it tells you to send the report in. I was 4-0 and now I got a loss for nothing. We didn’t even make it to the screen where you see the top three cards it was at the screen right when the timer ends and a game is found and the loading screen turns red and blue.
