Can’t Gain Daily Rewards due to server shut down
I’m reaching out regarding an issue I experienced while playing Madden 26. I was actively completing my limited-time daily challenges when the game services unexpectedly shut down. As you know, these challenges are time-sensitive, and losing access during that window directly impacted my ability to complete them and earn the associated rewards.
This situation was completely out of my control, and it put me at a disadvantage compared to other players who were able to finish their challenges before the outage. Given the time restrictions and the importance of daily progression in Ultimate Team, I believe it’s only fair that compensation be provided for the missed opportunity.
I’ve invested consistent time into completing these daily objectives, and interruptions like this affect both progression and overall experience. I would appreciate it if you could review my account activity during the outage and provide appropriate compensation, such as the rewards tied to the missed challenges or an equivalent make-good.
