Automatic Adam's Pack Issues

Question

First time poster here and I play a huge amount of Madden. I have a mostly Colts theme team and got extra excited to see Adam Vinatieri having a primary kicker card.

Over 10 millions coins later, and no luck...

I was able to get the Brandon Aubrey from a similar event with just 3 tries last month.

Any chance EA can pull records and see if there is an issue with my account? Or is the pull rate here just that rare? The card isn't even particularly great, I know some of you may even tell me to just use Aubrey, but I don't want to lol.

Feels like a huge scam to drop 10 million on a BND card with a quicksell of 75,000 coins and still not recieve it.

I contacted support and they basically said they couldn’t do anything as it wasn’t a guarantee. Lost 5 million coins…
