Campus heroes welcome pack

Subject: Missing Campus Heroes Welcome Pack (Case #221891044)

I never received my Madden NFL 26 Campus Heroes Welcome Pack (Manti Te’o / Jake Long), which is required to use Helmet Stickers. I opened a support case (#221891044), but Tier 1 support has not been able to help or escalate. 

I need this reviewed by the Madden Ultimate Team content team, as it’s an account entitlement issue, not a troubleshooting one. Please escalate to a community manager or the MUT team directly.

All Indian agents have been very rude, insulting, and not helpful in the slightest. Bbb complaint coming soon. I paid alot for this game.
