Yesterday i purchased Ken Houston for 1.42M it took my coins and I didn’t receive the player but it says I won the auction for him but he’s not in my item binder

Quick update - EA support contacted me via email and gave me a coin refund. The email team was super responsive and helpful.
thepassenger881 That is awesome. How did you get them to actually respond to your case? (I have been having issues with FC26 and noone on that forum seem to have experienced any meaningful communication from a relevant support person.)
