CPU event no reward granted

Hi, I completed the cpu sugar rush event 2 times and both times recieved the 9win karrot reward even though I’ve won all 10 games. I spent over 5 hours playing these games and I didn’t even receive what was promised. Instead of getting the 95 Tyler Warren I got the karrots. I competed 20 games with no losses. Still haven’t received any rewards.
