Did not receive playoff event player

i have completed the super bowl cup event 6 times over the last 3 weeks and managed to get the pack once after 4 tries and only once.  i have been unable to figure out why it likes to work sometimes and not others but im frustrated and annoyed for wasting so much time on this event to get no rewards

They probably aren’t going to answer I’ve waited a month for them to address my issue and just had another and nothing at all. The help chat isn’t even real people it’s bots.
