MUT CONNECTION ISSUE - cant get into ultimate team

Oh my god! So it let me back in for an hour and now its doing it again!!!!!!!!! Fix your game! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 this is unacceptable 

Same thing happening to me but I can’t even get in to ultimate team not sure if it’s because I’m from Australia or it’s just madden bugging out.

Can yall please fix yalls **bleep** **bleep** game man this is ridiculous. I need a new company to start making football games EA hasn’t been **bleep** for years if we’re being honest. 

I having the same issue , please let me know if they got back to you and what I can do.Is so frustrating 

Same sis and I’ve chatted with them on here and they said just write a forum about it🤦🏽‍♂️. It’s been doing this the last 2 seasons!

EA has no problem banning folks without any warning or explanation and it’s absolutely impossible to talk to anyone about the issue coherently! They’re never held accountable and they never respond with any useful feedback! Now nobody can access mut because MADDEN IS A MONOPOLY and they don’t gaf about disgruntled customers. HIRE FOLKS THAT GAF AND FIX THESE ENDLESS ISSUES!!!

Apologies for the delayed reply on this. 

We are currently looking into the connection issues that have been happening recently. In the meantime, here are some steps that may help you get back into MUT: 

1. Reconnect to EA Servers by tapping R2 or Right Trigger on your controller
2. Enter Superstar from the menu, then choose Showdown Ranked
3. Exit from Superstar back to the main menu
4. Open your Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT item"

Once you've gone through those steps, you should be able to connect to MUT. You may need to take your time between the steps and make sure everything loads.

Are you also investigating the issue where PC players cannot play the CPU draft modes without it being in slow motion or are you and the rest of your team just going to ignore it and hope that we forget about it?
