Disconnected from Genki CPU event

Question

I played the Genki CPU level 3 event and it disconnected me before the end of the 9th match. I have no problems with my connection. It happens every time!!!! You try, you put a lot of time into it and then you are left without a reward, because of your broken servers. Can you finally start doing something about this? Increase the number of losses tolerated, fix the servers or at least give us makerights! It's frustrating. Nobody has time to play this boring and simple event 3 times.

Same thing happened to me playing the event spent &nbsp;hours playing it just for it to kick me and get no rewards&nbsp;

I was on my 8th match doing a dungeon run vs CPU level 1 for the event before I was disconnected and my record reset. Still have the xp from winning genki games as proof but yea, starting over now.

It kicked me out twice after buying the level up pass. This is rediculous. Fix your servers if your going to collect this much money for a video game.&nbsp;
