Epic Strategy Items turned into “Quicksell Tim”?

Bought two epic strategy items from the auction house, QB Guru Deep and Lockdown. After purchasing I was not able to equip in lineup and noticed the card graphic was not displaying the attribute boosts associated with the card. The cards weren’t appearing as an option to equip in my lineup, but were visible in my binder. I was not able to equip the items from my binder either. Now, the strategy items are no longer appearing as QB Guru and Lockdown, but instead both read “Quicksell Tim” and have a generic ultimate team card graphic rather than the associated stat boosts. The cards were bought from the auction house for about 100k each, much higher than the 40k Quicksell value for what now appears to be 2 useless cards. Any fixes?
