I submitted a ban appeal ticket several days ago and have not received any response. I know I am not the only one, as several other players are reporting the same issue.
I would appreciate if a community manager could escalate this, since we are not getting communication through the official support channels. If EA cannot provide resolution through the standard process, I will need to consider pursuing other avenues of dispute resolution.
Community ManagerHello. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to help with bans. You can open a new case to get in touch with an advisor and ask for an update on your dispute. Do not submit another dispute if you do that though. Those just go to Terms of Service so you wouldn't be able to talk to an advisor.
This is insane. I have literally burned through close to $2000 on packs and out of nowhere EA takes all 8 million + of my coins which I earned through buying countless packs, and now I have to appeal something?! This is not right at all.
Same thing happened to me. Waited 3 weeks for them to get back to me just to deny my appeal. Insane. EA bunch of criminals stealing from there players
The advisers are paid by EA just like u.big waste of time. All u EA employees are part of the scam/robbery. I had 4,93 million in coin stolen from me last night by EA .if someone would've looked in to it just a little they would have seen ive spent well over 5 hundreds in the last 5 weeks to build that coin up. That's stealing..........my appeal is being ignored like everyone else's. EA took my coins back that I paid them for that's stealing............
