Fan appreciation H2H not recording my Win. Fix this asap EA

I played a game right now and didn’t get no win record. His connection was messing up since the game started but I got a user pick and he disconnected from the game. It said the game is being process and what I see no win and no record of a second game being played at all. 

How long do we have to continue to deal with this? EA already take they sweet to resolve or fix anything, let along make it right to us. These wins not easy to come by so I rather not get cheated out of my win.
