I already added one message to this forum and received no response or help. EA_Kent this needs to be addressed. There no telling how much money has been stolen from peoples pockets in the form of a false ban . If you want to have a trigger happy bot , so be it , but there has to be a way to get help. Nobody finds resolutions , they simply hope they get lucky and see their coins added to their account randomly through a customer service grant.
