H2H Season Superbowl won but no rewards or win, how?!?!?!

I had a perfect season won 5 games in a row to get a bye week. Played both playoffs games and won. Then I get into my superbowl game against PSN: Zeiikey ran the score up to 21-0 in the 1st quarter with 0:12 on the clock and he quit by close the app because my opponent didn’t pause the game. I get back to the main menu and it says results are being processed and once that screen leaves I go to collect my reward and it telling me to play the superbowl over again and I didn’t get no win or rewards. 

Like come on EA, where is my win and my rewards I should have to play a game again I already played and won. I have the whole video from my last conference playoff game where my opponent quit and my supervisor where my next opponent quit.

I won fair and square I need my rewards.

You will see proof with the pictures I attached, I played Ridenthebiden for my conference game and Zeiikey for my superbowl both player quit. Got the win for my conference game but now the superbowl.
