I clicked on the ranked... Picked Finish ranked season.. new season started and i never received my Ranked gold reward pack... Can yall check the system and send it to me please id appreciate it a lot🙏🏽

I'm missing my reward too.
I just played a ranked game and won. The win wasn't counted in either the new or old season. I'm stuck in season 1 and can't switch to season 2. The finish button isn't there either.
What else can I do to play season 2?
