IM DISAPPOINTED EA!

After still waiting and realizing chafing with support is pointless because it’s not an actual real person. Sane responses with each agent and then some response don’t even make sense to question asked. I’ve been waiting for even a simple response and got nothing but time wasted and wasted my real money and virtual money with no resolution at all.  The support chat is pointless because it’s all AI generated bots. I’m starting to see now my problem will never even get looked at or taken care of. There’s no time frame and 2 weejs has bedn ample time to at least follow up but nothing at all . Smh
