Improperly banned??

This is my first year playing MUT and have spent A TON on packs, content, players to build my team to my liking. Last night I was accused by EA of coin distribution?? I’ve never done that or even know what that means!! I had planned to buy packs today for the SB promo but now with this it makes it not worth it. NEED HELP AND GUIDANCE ON UNBANNING MY ACCOUNT!!!
