locked 95-99 community pack

I contacted a live agent at EA support and no help for my issue also now im blocked from talking to an EA advisor im sick of you EA, your servers was trash and not only that you offer no help at all I showed screen shots and proof of my issue and you blocked me from contacting a live agent I'll never buy a game from you again. all you care about is money but can't give proper customer service. Mind you this is supposed to be a make right for bad servers and look what I got a locked reward pure money hungry and evil I even tried the EA companion app, and it glitches out and freezes when I open it. you are a rich company stop doing us like that EA we deserve better your advisor did nothing to help me like always and then blocked me from contacting a live agent, again sad and annoying tired of supporting a company that don't care about its customers or their player base.  These are the pictures I sent to your advisor, and they said it's in your binder we can't help you they should all be fired.
