Madden 26 cpu event

I played 12/13 games to get me a free ring of honours Larry Allen completed my 12th game kicked me out for no reason wasn’t a bad connection didn’t say it logged me out just kicked me out straight to the main menu w no reason and gave me the loss for the event and finished @ 11/13 but I won the game ea help plzzz
