Madden 26 Support Ignoring Me
For months of playing madden 26 ultimate team, I have faced the same issue where I will play through a full game, win said game, and when I get back to the menu it gives me a loss on my record. Conveniently, this always happens during my playoffs, which means I have to miss out on the large rewards, and even more conveniently, spend money on the game to get these rewards back. It is very blatant that this occurs because I do not often spend money on this game. I have spoken to many support agents about getting back my rewards, and they all usually say they are putting in a “priority ticket” and that I will get goodwill packs in 48-72 hours. Of course, this never happens and I never hear back. For any EA employee reading this, I still need this problem fixed. Please go out of your way to improve the customer experience.
