Same exact thing happened to me I finished ranked reward at Champion 1. It jumped me into a game which I quit out of and demoted me to hero and rewarded me with hero rewards. EA please fix the issue and grant me the correct reward for Champion 1. Gamertag - FinkyPaloozA - Xbox series X

EA what’s going on with this issue? It’s completely unfair this happened when the ranked session is clearly over! We deserve to get the correct reward for the time we put into this game.
