you will find a link to the help website there. On the bottom of this page (How to find your missing EA in-game content) there is a contact form (Customer Care). By the way, it is the same link as EA_Barry already mentioned ("EA Help") in his answer.

I already spoke with Microsoft and they said the purchase went through, yes the purchase went through but all the points did not go on my account after purchasing them , how am I able to speak with a EA Help advisor?
