I’m reaching out to formally file a complaint regarding my recent experience with your game.
I have spent hundreds of dollars supporting this game, and in return, I completed the required events to earn a free player reward. Despite completing everything as instructed, I never received the player.
On top of that, your servers were down for multiple days, making it impossible to even access or play the game during a critical period tied to these events. That alone already put players at a disadvantage. Then, as a “make right,” packs were supposedly distributed—but I didn’t receive anything at all.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’m clearly not the only one experiencing this. There are countless other players reporting the exact same issue, which shows this isn’t an isolated incident but a widespread failure on your end.
This situation is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic functionality, fair compensation when things go wrong, and for rewards to be delivered when earned. Right now, none of those expectations are being met.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this further. I am already exploring legal options, including participation in a potential class action, as this reflects a broader pattern of mishandling customer experience and in-game purchases.
I expect a clear response, resolution of my missing rewards, and proper compensation for the downtime and inconvenience.
