Missing content cards from packs

So long story short ive been contacting ea’s support for 3 days about missing content from my items.  So i pulled a 94 wr randy moss from a zero chilled pack and a wr harold carmicheal from ghosts of mut packs.

I messaged them a few minutes after words thinking maybe its a glitch, no its not ive restarted my game multiple times waited for days and yet nothing has come Ive talked to probably 5 agents already and yet they give me different answers one says they will contact me back, one says the studio team will be notice and the other says wait 24 hours. Man i just want my cards i spent money on and grinded for why does it have to be a hassle to even speak to the people about. Sick of this crap
