Help!! I was in the CPU event and completed all the games but one and should have gotten at least 3 more Ring of Honor tokens I needed to complete the Ed "Too Tall" Jones set! It just erased and didn't give me my final rewards!!!! I spent a very long time to get that card!!! Please HELP!!!
I actually got to chat with EA Support, they won't budge. I'm going to hold off for a day or two to see if it shows up. What a waste of time.
This made me so mad I downloaded Crimson Desert. If I don't get my tokens I'm hanging up Madden for the season. I'm pretty sure I spent enough $$ to finance the EA Christmas Party this year so it would be in their best interest to make this right! lol
Yeah. Same thing except I was grinding the visa draft and only need three more tokens for the same set you wanted to get done. I don’t know what to do like I am not willing to just let go of the fact that I spent so much time on this lol
This is the ONLY game I've played since August and those cards matter this late in the season.
Oh man, that sucks. I thought about quitting the last game... I only needed 3 tokens and that would have awarded it. I didn't think they'd just delete it, usually EA just gives you the option to click "Finish Event" and that didn't happen this time.
I'd like to further explain... I was doing the Sugar Rush CPU event and won all the games but the event must have expired during my last game (which I won) but I received nothing. I'd like to know if there is any way to give me the rewards. I only needed 3 more tokens to complete the Ed "Too Tall" Jones set. That took a long time to grind!
I just submitted forums about the exact same thing! I’m sorry brother. This is actually really upsetting because i know you put a lot of time into grinding for this. If you get help please put me on. If i do I got you.
