Missing content from EA play

Question

I am missing the reward packs from being an EA play subscriber in Madden. I have full functionality of being an EA play member for discounts in the points store and even got the discount for the game itself at purchase. I am unsure what else I am meant to do.

I got the game early access and premium pass along with working my level up..all of it is gone. EA what is going on!!!??? That's like taking our money for the pre-order incentives we paid for&nbsp;
