Team Season Pass

We're currently looking into an issue that's causing some delays with the Team Pass rewards. 

In the meantime, if you back out of MUT and go to a different game mode, then go back into MUT, it should trigger the rewards to come through.

I have not received my team rewards either

I’ve been playing since early access. I got on bought the team pass and played all this morning. I took a break and got back on and they made me buy the team pass again and then when I log into ultimate team it’s like I never had the game before I lost my 2 mill coins and I have no more players and it’s just a base 68 overall team 

I purchased the MVP bundle that cost OVER $150, and included college football 26 and madden 26. Included in the purchase, for madden specifically, were 4600 madden points. I’ve been playing for 3 days now, on the very first day I purchased the team pass premium option for I believe 2000 madden points. I sign in today and it’s asking me to make THE SAME EXACT PURCHASE that I’ve already made. Spending another what 2000 madden points. So it’s like the 4600 that came with the game are gone already. I don’t understand if this is a bug issue or if there was a new pass put out separate from the pass put out 7 DAYS prior with the pre order early release playable??????!!!! It’s sickening and frustrating to be spending OVER $150 and to not be compensated or refunded for an issue that’s on THE DEVELOPERS side!!!!!

I have this very same issue!  I have been trying to contact ea live chat and I can’t get anyone!

I had to come here to see if anyone else is having the issue and I guess there are a few!

it put me back at level 1 and I was at 20 and my points are gone!   

Same here lost everything, this is the last straw with ea , never again for me 

Brought the 49ers team pass and never got it

Anyone else spend 2K madden points on early access launch for I guess it was the team pass (I thought it was the field pass, you got me EA, nice one) but at full launch EA is asking for another 1000k for the team pass? Really? You would think 2K would cover season 1. I didn't even really get any extra stuff team pass wise during early access so I guess what I'm asking is: where's my stuff bro?

Yeah, I understand glitches happen but im pretty sure I bought the **bleep** pass twice during early play and it wants me to buy it a third time now that it actually launched, pretty wild honestly
