Summary of the issue: incorrect rewards. I made champion I level and tried to claim it after season 1 hours had ended. System threw me in a game which was lost and I was de-ranked which gave me an 88 instead of 89 -___-

summary of the issue: haven’t recieved my free 89 overall player for reaching champion 1 in head to head ranked 

EA Shep PLEASE help I’ve been waiting patiently for rewards and I was hoping after the auction hours update it would fix but apparently not……I was supposed to receive the 89 ranked rewards because I had 4,000 RP and I received not a thing ive been refreshing, playing games, etc and NOT A THING….ive contacted support through email and still….NOT A THING. Please EA Shep if you could help me out.

EDIT: pics below my rank was even 4,000RP as I said and not a single card I would love to have my 89 nabers now thank you 🙏🏾 not touching this game anymore until I receive the help for this issue because I’ve NEVER had to deal with this ever and now after all my hard work put into ranked I get nothing that’s insane bro…..
