Summary of the issue:
I made it to champion level 1. I logged in and didn't see my reward. So at 12pm pt, I started a placement game to see if that would trigger my reward. I quit the game and then it recorded as a loss and demoted me to hero 3. This triggered to end the season and gave me the hero 3 reward rather than the champ 1 I earned.
i got on today to get my 89 overall pack did not receive pack the game stated the new season of ranked had started so i went to play my first placment match had to get off the game somehow it counted towards my seasons rewards that have already ended and i domt understand why that season was over and i got a lower reward because of it so madden failed to give me the right reward

Screenshots of current rank: unavailable as I was thrown into a game when I expected to be claiming rewards. I proceeded to lose this game and get demoted from hero to elite & was also handed a placement match loss at the same time.
Game mode: Madden Ultimate Team Ranked H2H
Summary: I was clicking on head to head ranked to claim the hero reward (88OVR with 32 team chemistry’s). Instead of a reward, I was thrown into a game which I proceeded to lose. This loss demoted me from hero tier to elite tier. This also gave me a placement match loss. I attempted this well after the season reset. Please feel free to take the 87 overall out of my account and replace it with the 88 fantasy pack.
