Missing Mut 26 Crossover Token

Anyone else having issues with the season 1 xp token you receive from playing both cut 26 and mut 26?? I have played both. Had Madden since early release. Tried to do some challenges on cut, play solo etc and still not receiving the crossover token when I log into mut

    I’m in the same boat ran a few solos, hard restart of console nada while my friend booted it up and quit and got it

    I have played college ultimate team 26 on the same PS5 and EA account as Madden 26 ultimate team but haven’t received my crossover token for my XP

    • I have Cfb and madden i logged in to ult on both and still didn't get the token is it just me or no?

    Ok. I wasnt getting the crossover reward either. Heres how i got mine. Do 1 objective in cut26. Load up cut25, i threw 1 pass. Load madden26.  There's your reward

    I’m a frequent player of CFB and Madden. They have a crossover token that’s transfer from CFB 26 to Madden 26 for XP in Ultimate Team I have the token in my binder but when I go to redeem in sets it doesn’t give me the option to. I reached out to EA support and they’ve never seen this yet so they couldn’t help. I’ve uninstalled both games and reinstalled still nothing. Anybody else having this issue?
