Hey I never Received my preorder content (Jalen hurts, 4600 madden points, hall of fame pack, I only got my rookie premieres, can I please get some help

You are not the only one because I haven’t even received my madden points nor my pre-order bonuses I’m missing a lot of packs

Hello, thank you for helping me. I did receive most of my pre-order content. But I still have not received my pre-order Jalen Hurts, nor my Julius Peppers. I'm not asking for anything extra, just would like both in my binder please. As promised when I pre-ordered. Thank you for your time and consideration pertaining to this matter.

Still haven't received my pre order content, and I bought 12,000 Madden points earlier this morning and still haven't received them.
