Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content
Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

It’s been a few days since release now and I am still not only missing my 4600 points, but also missing my Jalen hurts, cover athlete etc, and waiting on all my pre order content still. I also bought 2800 points today and no points show in my account. I would like this fixed please somehow.
I bought the deluxe edition of madden 26 , and I haven’t gotten my 4600 mut points or any of my packs but I have the early access? I’m confused and I need of help
