Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content
Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

I’m completely missing all preorder content. I haven’t received anything. Thought if I gave it a day it would show up and it still hasn’t.
Id say talk to the company of console you play on as they have access to looking up the records this coming Monday I am going to contact PlayStation support about this and see if they can fix it themselves sense ea doesn’t wanna respond to me
Going on what? Day 3 since the game has been out or 4 and still nothing
I’m currently in queue waiting to talk to EA I will let you know what they say to do if there’s anything you can do. I honestly don’t think they gaf so we may be outta luck what I don’t get is I got everything I needed in my mvp bundle with college football 26 but Madden 26 I didn’t I literally have no idea what to do in this situation
I submitted a complaint through ea for missing content. Hopefully I hear back soon because this is day 5 and defeats the purpose of preorder due to missing content I paid for
