Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content
Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

I paid for the deluxe Edition of madden and haven’t received any of the “benefits”. Of doing so except early access. $50 dollars more for nothing promised is ridiculous. This is a huge mistake and would like to get some answers. Like what would have happened if I never messaged in a forum would have just been scammed. Need action and solution quickly.
I’d contact whatever you play the game on whatever console and see if they can add the points manually because ea doesn’t seem like their going to respond and I’m not going to buy 100$ worth of madden points when I should’ve got mine included with mvp bundle so I’d say talk to whatever console you play on and see if they can add them to your account because I’m going to talk to PlayStation Monday and they hopefully can either communicate to EA or add the points to my balance that way. I got my points as soon as cfb26 came out for their ultimate team idk why I didn’t for maddens
