I pre ordered the deluxe edition for madden 26. I believe Julius peppers comes with the bundle and isn’t just in the mvp edition. I haven’t received a Julius peppers. If he comes with the deluxe edition then I need him in my account asap. Thanks

I bought the pregame access platinum pack for $100 and I was supposed to get an Ltd and only got to choose an 85 overall. I feel your frustration. Also ea help support live chat was of no help either. It seams we might not get these missing content issues fixed unfortunately.

I bought this pack for $100. It said I could choose between 1 of 5 85 overall players or an Ltd card while available. It says the Ltd is available until 8/19. I bought the pack on the 10th. I talked to ea help and they can’t do anything but send a request to the ea game team. They also told me to post this. I’ve spent so much money and also a lot of time on this and to not get what I paid for is insane. Also I am missing Julius peppers card to which I just found out is a pre order bonus… go figure madden. Next step Xbox support if this doesn’t get resolved.

I am missing Julius Peppers too.  

Julius peppers 83.   Not in my account.   I have had the game since 8/7.    Also what about Jalen hurts 80.   Where is the content    Please put in my account today.    I have been waiting 5 days for content

Having all of us wait in these ridiculous waiting queues to get what we paid for is unreal. I promise I'm never pre ordering this trash again. 

i’m missing points from the mvp bundle pre order and i know i haven’t spent them yet but i somehow only got 50 

You all at EA really should be ashamed man. This is just pathetic. You took our money just fine but you don't provide what you promised us and now we have to wait in these ridiculous queue times to maybe get help but realistically, customer support will just point us back here. I hate your company.
