I Still have not received the pre-order content. 

I Have finally received my Rookie premiers (had to log back in to m25, complete a challenge and then reload m26 for any of those who are unsure how to do it) 

Still missing:
Season 1 elite player (Hurts) 
Cover Athlete (Barkley)
Hall of fame player (Would be gates more than likely)
Julius Peppers
4600 Points

Same, if anyone ends up finding a fix or help please come back to this thread. There’s no god **bleep** way that we aren’t gonna get compensated for missing out on all of this for 4 days on initial release?

STILL missing my pre order stuff! I know everyone is still haven't gotten theirs either but it's been 3 days now and I still don't have my 4600, Jalen Hurts, Saquan, and Hall of Fame pack! Spent so much on the bundle to only miss some of the offers! This needs to be fixed ASAP for everyone!

Literally have been waiting for these points and a few cards for like 3 days. i don’t even know how it’s possible to mess this up and i hope we get extra compensation for having to wait so long. we’re missing out on content because of it. 

Contact the console that you play on customer service and see if they can do anything because ea isn’t helping worth crap I’ve tried to contact them and haven’t got anything and I’ve tried to submit several reports to em and still nothing 

Yep same here, EA continues to stiff their customers.

They don’t care about their customers just our money lol

I purchased the madden and college football MVP edition about a month or two ago and I was never given my Madden points for ultimate team.
