Missing Taysom Hill

hey Guys,

not to stack on to the fact that I haven’t received the ranked rewards or the McCollum item from the stream last night but I opened the token pack for most feared event (season 2 token) and inside there was not a taysom hill. 

I’ve attached a photo and will comment with the video once it uploads from Xbox. 

im trying to be patient like most of the player base, but I am starting to believe that I am part of the problem. Aside from receiving the items, my ask is that someone is able to tell me what I can do better so we can make this work for both you and myself
