MISSING TOKEN

I did the event in madden nfl 26 in ultimate team. I went 10-0 and was suppose to receive my token and you guys did not give it to me and there’s multiple people that have the same issue. You guys care about money more then your customers and this ridiculous I spent so much money over the years and the one time I can get something for free  you guys make sure you don’t give us the rewards

    I merged a couple threads together since they were all mentioning the Flawless Run rewards. 

    When you have the time, would you mind giving us a bit more info so we can pass it along? 

    • Which platform do you play on?

    Hey everyone, as stated above, I just went 10-0 in the Unreal Moments H2H event for the first time.  Upon completion however, I received the Flawless Run Pack #2 which had the option of 2 85+s or 6 82+s...but no event token.

    I thought we were supposed to get the token for the first flawless run, and the pack I received for a second flawless run.  Is that incorrect?  Has this happened to anyone else?!?

    And before anyone asks...

    Yes I'm sure it was my first flawless run.  I hadn't been able to get to more than 4-0 before today.  

    Yes I have checked by binder.

    Yes I have restarted my console.

    No still havent gotten it yet, I wouldnt even attempt another run, im not going to until I get my 1st token.

    Did any of you guys get you flawless coin I want to try to do it again but I don't see the point if they still never gave us the first one thanks

    I also have had the same issue. I went 10-0 and did not receive the first flawless rewards token. Instead i got these
