STILL MISSING RANKED REWARD!!!!
I’m posting this to bring attention to an issue that EA seems determined to ignore.
There is a significant number of players still missing their Madden Ranked Reward cards, and EA has shown little to no effort in resolving it. I’ve personally opened multiple support cases, and was eventually assigned a case manager named Neel. Initially, I believed this meant EA was taking my issue seriously. Unfortunately, it’s become clear that this was just a tactic to stop me from opening new cases — not to actually help.
Despite being promised compensation by another EA rep (Manjeet), I’ve received no updates, no resolution, and no transparency. Neel acknowledged the issue but later contradicted the original promise, saying there’s no compensation plan. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored.
It’s obvious EA wants affected players to simply give up and accept that we won’t receive the rewards we earned — or any compensation for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable.
I’m disgusted by the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from the EA Madden team. We deserve better. If you’re also missing your ranked rewards, speak up. Let’s make sure this issue doesn’t get swept under the rug.
