Missing twitch drops for player packs

I waited 6 days for my plaxcio burress player pack and sketch player pack and all the twitch drops from the MCS streams and haven’t received anything I’ve even contacted EA 4 days now and got no help I’ve been very fustrated with EA because how come it takes this long to get my twitch drops
