Missing twitch drops

Never showed up everything is linked and wast 2 hours watching this garbage please help

Watched the entire stream for the MCS championship, claimed the rewards on twitch and even double checked that I got the right account linked twitch to PSN to EA and I do. My PSN is IsoSticky and my twitch name is jacuzzi1117

I also will give this screenshot out to show that I claimed the drops and watched the stream… numerous people are having this problem on twitter for all their claims as well, the packs and the plaxico burress OOP card.

Wow so I reached out to support they say they are “looking into it” I go to my cases they instantly called it unresolvable and “no fix available” if u didn’t get ur plax looks like we are not getting it they put in zero effort, im completely done buying madden and college football. Not spending another dime on them EVER I supported them for way to long because of my love for football and I suggest a lot of us do the same by not giving them any more money. This is not ok and some of the worst customer support I’ve ever received when this is on them not me.

Only got some twitch packs, but no plaxico :(

I think EA has changed the system for awarding Twitch rewards since MCS Madrid. Packs with "lower value" or regular twitch packs are given out first, and then the packs with higher value or special packs. Everything also takes much longer since only 2 packs are given out in 3 or 4 hours. at least this is what happens to me.

I still haven’t gotten mine either been over 24hrs they told it I would have it by!

I watched the twitch stream for the entire duration, claimed the rewards / packs.  I have my Steam / Twitch account linked with EA as it shows up under connected accounts, but I have not received the drops after waiting 48 hours.  They do not show up under the Madden 26 Ultimate Team binder when sorting for newest.  I have completed several challenges, and they still do not show up.  I have claimed other drops for other games on Twitch on the same day, and all those drops have come through fine, but not EA Madden 26.

Yo it’s been 3 days I haven’t got my plaxico I claimed on twitch?
