Missing Ultimate Team Content Purchased from the Store
I PURCHASED for 2750 points, the Madden Ultimate Team Most Feared Champ Opportunity Platinum Pack today for $26 plus change. You're online system kept glitching and kicking me out of Ultimate Team displaying error messages and unable to process errors every time I signed back in. When I went to claim my content I payed for today, it was no where to be found and no packs to be open within the menu. I would like the content I payed for, as I am a customer who pays for 50 to 100 dollars a week on Ultimate Team. These type of errors CANNOT EXIST, especially for loyal customers who spend a lot of money each week on your content Please fix this issue for me, Thank you, Tim Greening
