Missing Unstoppable Welcome pack

I never received my unstoppable welcome pack. I have been contacting ea help for  the last month and have not heard a thing back from them.  I have all these upgrade tokens and no D.K. Metcalf or Justin Reid to upgrade. What else can I do?
